The Macon City Auditorium Ticket Office
Location and Days of Operation
The Macon City Auditorium Box Office is open on event days only and is located on the First Street side of the Auditorium building. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
On non-event days, you can purchase tickets for Macon City Auditorium events at the Macon Coliseum Box Office. For more information, please call the Macon Coliseum Box Office at 478-803-1593.

Tickets for all Macon Auditorium events are available at the Coliseum Box Office:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Unless there is a scheduled event, the box office is closed on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Group Sales

Ticket Policy
All persons (age 2 and older) must present a ticket to enter the Macon City Auditorium. All ticket purchases are final.
