Macon Coliseum:
A-Z Guide

ADA/Accessible seating is located throughout the Macon Coliseum. Accessible parking is available on the northside of the parking lot, near the box office. Vehicles parked in accessible spaces must have a permit displayed.

Alcohol is available for purchase at most Macon Coliseum events. Patrons purchasing alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid ID.

Animals are not allowed inside the Macon Coliseum. Exceptions will be made for service animals.

Macon Mayhem Games

Banners and signs are permitted at Macon Mayhem games but must abide by the following guidelines:

• Banners cannot be in poor taste, inappropriate, or offensive.
• Banners can be no larger than what is able to be held by one person.
• Banners cannot obstruct the view of any patron.
• Banners cannot obstruct any stadium signage or other necessary marking.
• Banners cannot present a safety hazard.
• Banners of a commercial or personal business nature are not permitted without specific permission of building management.
• Banners cannot be affixed to poles or sticks.

Other Events

Banners and signs are not permitted at any other events unless otherwise expressly permitted on the corresponding event page.

Restrictions on the use of still cameras vary by event. An event’s promoter or artist dictates whether still cameras are allowed. No still cameras with removable lenses or lenses longer than 4” are allowed.

Video and audio recording equipment of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Any guests requiring cleaning services should notify a Guest Service Representative.

The following behaviors are prohibited at the Macon Coliseum:

• Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat.
• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature.
• Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
• Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Interference with event progress.
• Failure to follow instructions of building personnel.
• Verbal or physical harassment of Macon Coliseum guests and staff members.

Macon Coliseum concession stands are located throughout the concourse serving up your favorites including hot dogs, hamburgers, and fries in addition to sodas and water. The stands located on the floor are not open during Macon Mayhem games or other select events.

Alcoholic beverages are available at many Macon Coliseum events as well, see “Alcohol” above for more details.

There are currently no restrictions in place for events at the Macon Coliseum, but we do ask that any individual who is suffering from symptoms of COVID, flu, or other infectious diseases not attend their selected event.

The doors generally open one (1) hour prior to the scheduled game/event time. This may vary, depending on the event. Guests are encouraged to come early to avoid delays. Once a patron leaves the Macon Coliseum during an event, there is no reentry permitted unless another ticket is purchased.

There is one elevator in Macon Coliseum, located behind section 113.

There is a certified EMT on site for all Macon Coliseum public events. For assistance, please locate the closet member of our event staff.

Macon Mayhem Games

During home games, the Macon Mayhem operate The Mac Shack, located in the lobby.

Other Events

For other events at the Macon Coliseum, merchandise availability and location varies.

The Macon Coliseum has on-site parking available. The cost is $5.00 for Macon Mayhem games and $10.00 for all other events.  Payment must be made at the parking entrance/exit gate. Parking attendants accept cash or credit card only.

• Any bags over the size of 8.5”x5.5” clutch unless a single pocket, clear bag is used. Please review the Clear Bag Policy for more information.
• Cameras with professional lenses larger than 4 inches or removable lenses, tripods, monopods, and all other professional video and audio recording equipment
• Illegal drugs
• Large umbrellas (anything longer than 18” when fully collapsed is not allowed)
• Laser pointers, aerosol cans, and noise makers
• Outside food and beverage
• Bottles, Cans, or Coolers
• Distribution of unapproved promotional material
• Balloons
• Weapons or firearms*

*The Macon Coliseum is a government owned facility. Access is controlled by security. Weapons/firearms are not permitted in these facilities. You may not carry or possess a weapon/firearm in this building. Violation of this prohibition may result in criminal prosecution. Exceptions extended to off-duty or retired law enforcement officers who can carry service weapons as long as they have proper credentials, enter the main entrance, and check in with our security supervisor.

Macon Coliseum maintains a strict no re-entry policy for all events.

• Two (2) men’s and two (2) women’s restrooms located on the Northside Concourse
• Two (2) men’s and two (2) women’s restrooms located on the Southside Concourse
• One (1) family restroom located in the lobby

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the Macon Coliseum. A designated smoking area is available outside, on the north side of the building. No smoking is allowed within 20 feet of the venue.

We strongly recommend strollers not be brought into the venue, as it can be difficult to navigate aisles and seating. If a stroller is needed, please use a collapsible stroller that can fit under your reserved seats and does not block any aisles or create a tripping hazard in walkways.

The Box Office is open for all in-person ticket sales at the Macon Coliseum on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10am to 5pm.

The Box Office is closed on holidays including, but not limited to the following (unless there is an event):

• Memorial Day
• Juneteenth
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas

Tickets can only be sold in person or online through Ticketmaster.com. No tickets can be sold over the phone.

In the event you need to pick up tickets or passes from Will Call, please have your government issued photo ID and credit card (if tickets were paid for online) available.

All persons (age 2+) must present a ticket to enter the Macon Coliseum. All ticket purchases are final. Please note, some shows may have a different policy, which will be noted on the corresponding event page.
