Box Office

You can purchase your tickets at the Macon Amphitheater box office, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 10am to 5pm for Macon Mayhem tickets. Box office hours vary based on limited events and will vary on the day of an event, please call 478-751-9232 to verify hours. The box office is located at the front of the Macon Amphitheater. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Unless there is an event, the box office is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Group Sales

Ticket Policy

All persons (age 2 and older) must present a ticket to enter the Macon City Amphitheater. All ticket purchases are final. Please note, some shows may have a different policy, which will be noted on the corresponding event page.
