Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at most Atrium Health Amphitheater events. Patrons purchasing alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid ID.

Animals are not allowed. Exceptions will be made for service animals.

Atrium Health Amphitheater is a cashless facility. Reverse ATMs are available onsite to load cash onto a pre-paid debit card to allow easy payment at our cashless concessions and retail locations.

Any bags over the size of 8.5”x5.5” clutch unless a single pocket, clear bag is used. Please review the Clear Bag Policy for more information.

Banners and signs are not permitted unless otherwise expressly permitted on the corresponding event page.

Sealed, unfrozen water bottles as well as empty refillable water bottles no larger than 32 oz. are allowed into the facility. All other bottles, cans, cups or beverage containers are not allowed. Patrons may be searched at the entrance gates to prevent these and other prohibited items from being brought into the facility.

Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs. Please refer to Prohibited Items, below, for more information.

Blankets not exceeding 4’ x 8’ are permitted.

Restrictions on the use of still cameras vary by event. The event promoter or artist dictates whether still cameras are allowed. No still cameras with removable lenses or lenses longer than 4” are allowed. Please call to get additional camera-policy information prior to a specific show at 478-803- 1593.

Video and recording equipment of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Any guests requesting cleaning services should notify a Guest Service Representative.

Atrium Health Amphitheater staff will proactively support an environment free from the following behaviors:

• Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat
• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature
• Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
• Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
• Interference with event progress
• Failure to follow instructions or venue personnel
• Verbal or physical harassment of Atrium Health Amphitheater guests and staff members

Concession stands, food carts, local vendors and bars are located throughout the facility. Must be 21 or older with valid ID to purchase alcohol.

The doors generally open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled event time. This may vary, depending on the event. Guests are encouraged to come early to avoid delays.

If a patron leaves Atrium Health Amphitheater during an event, there is no reentry permitted without purchase of an additional ticket.

The operation of drones (unmanned aerial vehicles) is prohibited at Atrium Health Amphitheater. Individuals may not operate drones over any part of the Amphitheater campus, including parking lots.

There is one elevator that serves the premium seating areas.

There is a certified EMT on site for all Atrium Health Amphitheater public events. For assistance, please locate the closest member of our event staff.

No outside food or drinks are allowed in the Atrium Health Amphitheater. Sealed, unfrozen water bottles as well as empty refillable water bottles no larger than 32oz are allowed into the facility. All other bottles, cans, cups or beverage containers are not allowed. Patrons may be searched at the entrance gates to prevent these and other prohibited items from being brought into the facility.

Items that have been found will be stored for 30 days before being discarded or donated if not claimed. During events, please find one of our Guest Service locations to inquire about a lost & found item.

Atrium Health Amphitheater is a cashless facility. All major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express are all accepted. ApplePay and GooglePay are also accepted at concession stands, bars and at the ticket office.

Please note: All vehicles must be parked in a legal, striped parking spot. If a car is parked on a curb, in the grass, or any other illegal way, it will be towed at owner’s expense.

• Bottles, cans or coolers
• Distribution of unapproved promotional material
• Balloons
• Weapons or firearms*

*The Atrium Health Amphitheater is a government owned facility. Access is controlled by security. Weapons/firearms are not permitted in these facilities. You may not carry or possess a weapon/firearm in this building. Violation of this prohibition may result in criminal prosecution. Exceptions extended to off-duty or retired law enforcement officers who can carry service weapons as long as they have proper credentials, enter the main entrance, and check in with our security supervisor.

Atrium Health Amphitheater maintains a strict no re-entry policy for all events.

Restrooms are located on the East and West Plazas, directly adjacent to the concession stands.

Atrium Health Amphitheater features reserved seats and general admission lawn seating for 10,000 guests.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the Atrium Health Amphitheater.

We strongly recommend guests not bring strollers into the venue, as it can be difficult to navigate aisles and seating. If a stroller is needed, please use a collapsible stroller that can fit under your reserved seat and does not block any aisles or create a tripping hazard in walkways.

The Synovus Box Office at the Atrium Health Amphitheater Box will be open 4/19, 4/26, and 5/3 10:00AM – 5:00PM. The Synovus Box Office is also open on event days. Please call 478-751-9232 to verify hours.

You can purchase tickets at the Macon Coliseum Box Office open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10:00AM – 5:00PM.

The Box Office is closed on holidays including, but not limited to the following, unless there is an event: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Tickets can only be purchased in person or online through ticketmaster.com. No tickets will be sold over the phone.

In the event you need to pick up tickets or passes from will call, please have your government-issued photo ID and credit card available.

All persons aged 2 and up must present a ticket to enter the Atrium Health Amphitheater. All ticket purchases are final.
