63rd Annual GSHF Induction Ceremony

The 63rd Annual Georgia Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held at Macon’s historic City Auditorium. Members of the Class of 2019 being inducted into the Hall of Fame are: track & field athlete and basketball player Brenda Cliette, football player Calvin Johnson, Jr., sports announcer Ernie Johnson Jr., high school football coach T. McFerrin, football player Takeo Spikes, president of the Peach Bowl and CEO Gary Stokan, baseball player Mark Teixeira, and football player Ben Zambiasi. The weekend will begin with the GSHF Golf Classic at Idle Hour Country Club on Friday, February 22nd, and the GSHF’s annual FanFest will be held Saturday afternoon the 23rd from 1 pm-2:30 pm at the museum. The Induction Ceremony will take place on Saturday, February 23rd at the historic Macon City Auditorium with a cocktail reception at 5:30 pm downstairs and the dinner and ceremony/banquet at 6:30 pm in the main room upstairs.
