For those of you who purchased online through Ticketmaster.com, no action is required on your part. Your refund will automatically process, but please allow 7 – 21 business days for this to complete.

For those of you who purchased in person at the Macon Coliseum box office, please reach out to [email protected] with any questions concerning your refund. We will be working with you directly, as our box office is currently closed.
