Out of the best interests for the health and safety of our ticket buyers and their families, Disney Princess – The Concert shows scheduled to take place between November 1 and December 12, 2021 are being rescheduled to 2022.  The show in Macon at the Macon City Auditorium will take place on November 1, 2022. While purchased tickets will be honored for any rescheduled shows, please contact your original point of purchase for all options, including refunds. Refunds must be requested within 30 days, no later than November 3, 2021.

For those who purchased online through ticketmaster.com, simply log into your account on TM and request a refund. For those who purchased in person at the Macon Coliseum box office, please stop by the box office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays from 10am to 5pm to process your refund. Ticketmaster is the verified ticketing site for the Macon Coliseum and Macon City Auditorium. Macon Centreplex is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized or third party sites. Please reach out to your original point of purchase for a refund.
