The Macon City Auditorium Box Office is open on event days only and is located on the First Street side of the Auditorium building. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For non-event days, you can purchase tickets for Macon City Auditorium events at the Macon Coliseum Box Office. For more information please call the Macon Coliseum Box Office at 478.803.1593

The box office is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Ticket Policy

All persons (age 2 and older) must present a ticket to enter the Macon City Auditorium. All ticket purchases are final. Please note, some shows may have a different policy, which will be noted on the corresponding event page.
