About the Macon Coliseum
Since 1968, some of the biggest acts in entertainment history have graced the stage at the Macon Coliseum. As the first venue of its size and type in Georgia, the Coliseum has hosted headliners including the Jacksons, Billy Joel, Reba McEntire, the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll Elvis Presley, and Macon’s own Little Richard!
With a capacity of 9,000 and a floor big enough to host everything from trade shows and expos to monster truck rallies and ice shows, the Coliseum is not just the home for Macon performances, it’s also an event space and sporting venue without equal.
Over the years, the Coliseum has been the home ice/field for five hockey teams, three arena football teams, and has hosted WCW and WWE wrestling events and basketball games with the Harlem Globetrotters!
Located within an hour’s drive of 2/3 of the state’s population, the Coliseum is located in the heart of Georgia, just minutes away from the I-75/I-16 interchange. It offers guests 2,300 paved, lighted parking spaces, and an adjoining 7,068 square feet of meeting and banquet space.
